Shortly after forming, Dr. Robert H. Spencer of Twenty Seconds In the Future and Justin Spencer of SpencerSEM became partners for the purpose of providing a comprehensive set of technology solutions.

SpencerSEM is run by Managing Partner R. Justin Spencer. Justin personally oversees all activities. Justin has spent years in the Marketing industry, working with clients in retail, hospitality, destination and lead generation verticals, and lately with a strong focus on interactive and search engine marketing.
