R. Justin Spencer has always been surrounded by technology. Growing up in a house of a leading technologist provided a sound foundation to develop an intuitive “Sixth Sense” about the Internet and technology in general.
Beginning his college career pursuing a Computer Science degree, Justin found that the focus of the program did not fit his interests. Instead, Justin worked in the Computer Science Department while shifting his focus to Advertising, and eventually found a love of Marketing due to the broad spectrum it covered.
Justin then moved to performing technical support for the second largest real estate website performing website evaluations and editing HTML code to help realtors use their websites to the fullest potential. Justin started immediately performing the work of an Account Manager for regional and national accounts. Justin was then given the opportunity to move to the interactive division ofto help pioneer the standards and practices of the newly formed Search Marketing team. In this role, Justin has worked with clients in the retail, destination, hospitality and lead generation verticals, locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Justin was also tasked with establishing the Analytics Department within the Online Media Team, leading processes and procedures.
Justin can also be seen speaking at national conferences on Search Engine Marketing, writing articles for national publications and self-publishing articles and white papers.
